The Hulk meets Gladiator, need I say more?

General description:
The Green Scar is by far the most destructive, and most expensive, hulk variant to come out in heroclix so far, but is he worth his point cost?

Green Scar is most at home in close combat where he has the stamina and power to dominate most other figures in his point class. His "Smash" ability makes it easy to close the gap between him and long range attackers. His other special ability,"toughest one there is", allows him to use impervious and will power making him a tough target who can attack with out the fear of pushing.

Strategies and game play:
The best thing to do is get the Green Scar stuck in combat where he is at his deadliest.

Combos with other miniatures:
Telekinetics and transporters are highly recommended when using Green Scar, to keep him moblie and hard hitting.

Ways to counteract it:
Figures with running shot and a long range can pose a serious threat to this close combat monster, stay back, outwit his defensive powers and strike him from afar. This could take a while, but its a safe and efective way to take down this beast.

Green Scar starts off with an impressive 5 damage with leadership, making him an excellent tent pole in any sized army. His "Tougest one there is" ability makes him a an un-tiring beast in combat, combined with flurry makes for four attacks in two turns, your opponents are sure going to regret stepping up to this monster. His more than ample supply of exploit weakness and a high attack ensure that he will hit his targets and hurt them. Green Scar gains blades/claws/fangs late in his dial to finish off weakend foes. He is easily the scariest Hulk heroclix has seen yet.

Like all Hulk incarnations, Green Scar's lack of range is his biggest flaw. Its all too easy to get shot from afar, but his smash ability helps to close in on his prey.

Artwork and aesthetics:
The classic spartan armor and huge shield add to his character, making him, in my opinion, the coolest sculpt to come out of Mutations and Monsters.

Overall rating:
The Green Scar has an awesome sculpt, and killer powers and stats, he is a cheaper alternative to DC's Doomsday and is far more efficient in combat, he is easily my favorite heroclix figure ever. I give him a perfect 10/10.

As I have never used - nor faced - this figure, I am kind of dubious as to its full effect. I am not questioning your opinion, or rating of it, but I have found even the best brick out there usually finds some way of screwing me over - usually over dice rolls. Can anyone say 'Crit Fumble... yet again?"

with the new 255 hulk from avengers movie the green scar has got a new contender. but it took long enough to make a hulk as good a green scar still love the figure and his story.
