I intend to use this fleet against my wife's pirate fleet.
She tends to run away. So: the Sickle is to chase her around with the Last Hope; while the Sea Hag uses the fog to get out to the farther Islands quick; and the Sea Rat lurks near the home islands to steal her loot. And, of course, Shal-Bala "doesn’t need to be told her purpose."

Care to offer any explanation of how this fleet is intended to be used?

Some basic strategy ideas for each ship would be helpful, particularly the reason for including El Pescador when there are no sea monsters in the fleet.

I think he is there to be crew on El Toro, although having either of them in the fleet does kinda stop the Cursed fleet idea, since they are Spanish.

Oops, I misplaced the antecedent of the it that gets the bonus to move.
It was included to counter the effect of fear, from my opponent's fleet which was mainly sea monsters. Now that I see that's not the case, I'll have to change things.
Thanks!

In the future I'll be sure to include some more information.

Umm...You and your wife, you get along okay, right? I ask because I know if I started smashing my wife's fleet with a switchblade, fireballs, and a sea dragon - and then stole treasure from her HI - we probably wouldn't be playing for too long...

Lots of cargo, but not a lot of actual firepower. I'd prefer to nix a ship to have good crew setups.

The larger ships could all use captains and helmsmen, while the Sea Rat could use a helmsman. Even just adding some crew to make it a 90 point fleet would make it better than it is now at this point level.
