Designed for speed and to wipe out my opponent.

Broken Key and Sea Fox would be my primary shooters with a broadsides and dodging ability, respectively. However they are vulnerable, especially if a broadsides misses and if my opponent has no L-range cannons.

The Grand Barnacle meanwhile, would be wrapped up in ramming and boarding. With a SAT function and his crew protection, Portland is instrumental for this ships success.
EDIT: with a helpful tip, I had to remove the Inquisitor form the ship, changing its strategy slightly. Instead of ramming and boarding it'll try to cause as much mayhem as possible!

The Black Pearl would ram and hunt ships down. With Captain Elizabeth on board any ship in my fleet could get an extra action, which is quite handy. Given the Pearls speed an extra action on this ship would make it unbelievably fast.

Since all of my ships have some open cargo space, conceivably I could try to grab some gold here and there. Given the speed at which my ships could move it wouldn't be a bad idea, but its more fun trying to hunt down enemy ships!

You've got too many points worth of stuff on the Grand Barnacle.

I'm not really sure what to think of this fleet - you've got no treasure runners, but it looks like a decent fleet. I know Swann is supposed to help, but the speed disparity between ships is pretty big - your two designated gunships both move at just S+S. It would be nice to see a helmsman on the Broken Key. I'd also prefer a helmsman on the Barnacle over the specialist, since you've already got Fire Shot and you can't rely on Portland to give you the EA necessary to reach a speed above S+S.

Just 9 points shy of 100, if you made this fleet bigger you could round it out nicely. I think you should make some edits and consider having at least one true treasure runner of some kind.

Between Portland and the Grand Barnacle having an English paint job, I didn't think this was a Pirate fleet at first!

You could also sub out Portland for Jack Hawkins , bringing the fleet down to an even 90 points. With 3 of 4 ships moving S+S without any extra actions, the speed actually feels like more of a weakness than a strength. Bumping it to 100 points would solve that and allow for a more commonly used build total.
