Here is a fleet I've used with moderate success. Check out how it did in these battle reports.

This fleet managed to win an epic 8 fleet multiplayer game, which is really cool. (It also came in second place in a 12 fleet game)

This fleet is very good. I need to use it against my brothers sometime, the only pieces I don't have are the Bandido and Perry. Could use the Cry instead I guess, or some other two master and loose the Hidden Cove.

This fleet was involved in a series!

And now this fleet is busy with a rematch in T2, the grandest stage of them all for competitive fleets in the current age!!

I think the reason is doesn't have votes might be the lack of a fleet description/the unknown link. If someone is here rating reviews they might not want to, or concerned of the time involved in reading battle reports. And unfortunately those reports now suffer from missing photos. (but it'd be pretty unreasonable for a7xfanben to replace every photo he's posted in the forums)

The fleet looks effective enough for a 5, but I'd prefer a description of the fleet, as simple as it is. I'm not the type of person to get too invested in battle reports, so an army that is only battle reports is just a much larget time investment to rate relative to others. Not that this is inherently wrong, its just a difference in perspectives.
