This fleet is designed to have the Guichuan in the starring role!

Gui has her mandatory Headhunter, but coming aboard to helm the might ship is none other than El Fantasma whose SAC captain ability will lend itself nicely to the Treasure Ship keyword and ability. Filling up the rest of the Guichuan's point space is a plethora of explorers to feed to Fantasma, and who knows, perhaps one will be used to explore an island before the game is though?

Next up we have some runners! The Sea Monkey and Grinder are solid ships for the cursed, and have something most of their other ships do not: Speed. In this build I'm sacrificing a turn or two getting gold, since neither the Monkey or Grinder have explorers, but I'm banking on the Guichuan and the other ships to draw much more attention, leaving them free to get gold relatively unmolested. However in the event of an attack, each ship has serviceable cannons to get out of a jam.

Next up comes the Divine Dragon who fills the 'secondary' gunship role, though it can be argued that she is the primary gunship, what with Davy Jones coming aboard to command the vessel, along with a captain and helmsman, courtesy of Sir Edmund. With greater overall speed than any ship in the fleet, the Dragon should be able catch any enemy gold runner, or take on the other fleets flagship in lieu of the Guichuan being occupied.

Lastly, Divers are included so you can scoop up all the gold you sink, either with the Guichuan or the Divine Dragon.

If the Divine Dragon doesn't have a helmsman, no need for Sir Edmund. I'd switch the helmsman over from the Grinder or simply drop some sac food - 10 might be overkill. XD

Heh, it might be overkill, but I like assurances; besides, the way I would use this would be to use some of those SAC food for move actions to get to islands.

I was trying to use your combo for the Divine Dragon, but I couldn't remember it completely. I think that version has a helmsman...... Ah. I remember how it's done now. Yeah a helmsman can def fit in this build. I think I'll edit the description.

And get nixed by Missionary ? If most of the support ships are just going to run gold anyway, why risk (likely) losing the game by exploring with the juggernaut?

Yeah for the DD, if there's no helmsman, there's no need for Eddie to manage the points.
